will happen all over again.

浮いては沈んでく泡のようにただ

uite wa shizunde'ku awa no yō ni tada

Like a bubble that floats and falls

儚はかない一日の終わりは

hakanai ichinichi no owari wa

the end of a passing day …

yomanai mama ni shite shimatta

I turn the page of the book

本のページ　めくる

hon no pēji mekuru

without having read it.

地球が回るのと同じように

chikyū ga mawaru no to onaji yō ni

In the same way as the world turns

僕らの日常さえも反時計回り

bokura no nichijō sae mo hantokeimawari

our very life each day goes anticlockwise.

昨日まで知らなかったコト

kinō made shiranakatta koto

What I hadn't known until yesterday

それが今この中で生きている

sore ga ima kono naka de ikite iru

lives in me right now.

Though I lose my temper

むしゃくしゃしては

mushakusha shite wa

at having a bad day

明日からもこのままに　

asu kara mo kono mama ni

tomorrow and onwards it'll still

まわりつづけるんだろか

mawaritsuzukeru n daro ka

go on like it is now.

周りが変わってく中に佇たたずむ

mawari ga kawatte'ku naka ni tatazumu

While what's around me changes, I stand still.

僕もさ、変わってゆくのかな

boku mo sa, kawatte yuku no ka na

I wonder, will I change too?

開いたままにした

hiraita mama ni shita

I rip the page of the book

本の１ページを破る

hon no ichipēji o yaburu

that I had left open.

日ごとによるが更けるように

higotoni yoru ga fukeru yō ni

Just as evening wears on every day

僕らもまたここから始まるから

bokura mo mata koko kara hajimaru kara

we too shall start again from here.

いまもまだわからないようなコトも

ima mo mada wakaranai yō na koto mo

And so among things that we still don't yet understand

そのうち自然にわかる日がくる

sono uchi shizen ni wakaru hi ga kuru

the day will come when we will naturally understand them.

夕暮れ、オレンジに染まる

yūgure, orenji ni somaru

Evening falls

空の中に落ちる

sora no naka ni ochiru

in the orange-stained sky.

誰にでも伝わる言葉に

dare ni demo tsutawaru kotoba ni

The first serious thought conveyed

込められた初めての重い思い

komerareta hajimete no omoi omoi

by words that everybody hears

いまも僕らのこの口をつたって

ima mo bokura no kono kuchi o tsutatte

even now passes through our lips,

つながる過去からの、ただ、メッセージ

tsunagaru kako kara no, tada, messēji

just a message from the past we're connected to.

地球が回るのと同じように

時間をかけて知りえたこと

jikan o kakete shirieta koto

What I came to know over time

それが今この中で息をする

sore ga ima kono naka de iki o suru

now lives and breathes inside me.
