昇らない月と

noboranai tsuki to

A moon that doesn't rise

蒼く染まる世界は

aoku somaru sekai wa

and a world stained blue

散りばめた光たちに

chiribameta hikari-tachi ni

are watched over

見守られてる

mimamorarete'ru

by scattered lights.

月の街を出て

tsuki no machi o dete

Leaving the city of the moon

どれくらいが経つだろう

dore kurai ga tatsu darō

I wonder how long it will take.

ひとりきり

hitorikiri

All alone,

話し方も忘れてしまう

hanashikata mo wasurete shimau

I even forget how to talk.

なぜ進んでいるのか

naze susunde iru no ka

Why am I moving?

そこに何があるのかも

soko ni nani ga aru no ka mo

What might be there?

知らないまま進む

shiranai mama susumu

While not knowing, I move forward

星降る丘まで

hoshi furu oka made

up to the starry hill.

日が昇れば消える

hi ga noboreba kieru

Treading this transient path

儚い道をたどって

hakanai michi o tadotte

that will disappear once the sun rises,

歩く　この世界の

aruku kono sekai no

I walk to this world's

星降る丘へ

hoshi furu oka e

starry hill.

ふと立ち止まる

futo tachidomaru

I suddenly stop still.

感じる　でも見えない

kanjiru demo mienai

I sense but can't see them.

道をゆく旅人たち

michi o yuku tabibito-tachi

I pass by more

またすれ違う

mata surechigau

travelers along the road.

だれもこの世界の中で

dare mo kono sekai no naka de

No one in this world

正解の道を知らず

seikai no michi o shirazu

knows the correct path

きっと星降る丘

kitto hoshi furu oka

Surely they're on a journey

探す旅へ

sagasu tabi e

to find the starry hill.

落ちた星を拾い

ochita hoshi o hiroi

I pick up fallen stars,

手の中に集めて飲み

te no naka ni atsumete nomi

collect them in my hand and drink them,

私だけの場所へ

watashi dake no basho e

and walk towards

歩んでゆく

ayunde yuku

a place for me alone.
