待ち合わせ場所で一人

machiawasebasho de hitori

By myself at our rendevouz spot,

浮かれる気持ち押さえ付けても

ukareru kimochi osaetsukete mo

even if I suppress my happy feelings,

君の姿　見え隠れ　

kimi no sugata miekakure

you come in and out of view

思わず口元が綻ぶ

omowazu kuchimoto ga hokorobu

and I can't help breaking into a smile.

みんなは車とか

minna wa kuruma to ka

Everyone prefers cars

カメラとか好むけれど

kamera to ka konomu keredo

and cameras and such,

僕らはいつまで経っても　

bokura wa itsu made tatte mo

but we never ever change

変わらぬアナログのまま

kawaranu anarogu no mama

and stick with our analogue devices.

二人乗せた自転車は　

futari noseta jitensha wa

A bike with the two of us riding

今日も河原の道　駆け抜けて行くよ

kyō mo kawara no michi kakenukete yuku yo

races today again along the path of a dry riverbed.

どんな景色を映すの

I believe that we can go anywhere.

だけど　限りある時は過ぎて　

dakedo kagiri aru toki wa sugite

But our limited time passes

二人の時間がなくなる！

Let's slip away from the crowd

公園で木漏れ日を浴びよう

and enjoy the filtered light of the trees in the park.

急ぎ出すのは止めて　

isogidasu no wa yamete

Let's stop dashing ahead

たまにはゆっくり歩こうよ

tamani wa yukkuri arukō yo

and sometimes take it slow.

僕らがいつまでも　

bokura ga itsumademo

Even if we'll always

"いつもどおり"で居たって

"itsumodōri" de itatte

live "like usual",

それでも　世界は絶えず変わっていく

soredemo sekai wa taezu kawatte yuku

still, the world doesn't stop changing.

ほら　また街並みが変わった

hora mata machinami ga kawatta

See, the townscape has changed again.

使い古しの自転車は　

tsukaifurushi no jitensha wa

Our worn-out bicycle

少し時代に取り残されたようで

sukoshi jidai ni torinokosareta yō de

looks a bit behind the times,

周りを見渡してみたら　

mawari o miwatashite mitara

and when I look all around me

僕らがちっぽけな気がした

bokura ga chippoke na ki ga shita

I get to feel how small we are.

明日になってもきっと　

ashita ni natte mo

When tomorrow comes,

同じ毎日が続く
