The radiant morning sun shines in.

新しい一日が始まる

Atarashii ichinichi ga hajimaru

A new day begins.

何もが日々変わってくけど

Nanimo ga hibi kawatte'ku kedo

Everything keeps changing from day to day,

おはようの日差しは変わらないね

Ohayō no hizashi wa kawaranai ne

but not the sunshine that greets you in the morning.

太陽に導かれるように　

Taiyō ni michibikareru yō ni

As the sun is leading us

さあ表へ出よう

sā omote e deyō

hey let's go outside.

まだ少し眠たそうな目も　

Mada sukoshi nemutasō na me mo

Even your eyes that still seem a bit sleepy

そのうち目覚めるさ

sono uchi mezameru sa

will awaken in the meantime.

この澄みわたる　青空の下

Kono sumiwataru aozora no shita

Beneath this clear blue sky

憂鬱な気分は風に乗せて

yūutsu na kibun wa kaze ni nosete

let your gloomy feelings ride off on the wind.

大地　蹴飛ばしたなら

Daichi ketobashita nara

Once you've kicked the earth,

まっすぐにやる事見据えて

massugu ni yaru koto misuete

look straight ahead on what you have to do.

さあ　ここからスタートしよう

Sā koko kara sutāto shiyō

二度とは来ない　今日と言う日を

nidoto wa konai kyō to iu hi o

today, the day that will never come again.

眩しい日差しに背を押され

Mabushii hizashi ni se o osare

The radiant sunshine is now against my back.

気づけば一日が過ぎてく

kizukeba ichinichi ga sugite'ku

When I noticed, I realized that this day is passing.

何もが日々変わってく中

Nanimo ga hibi kawatte'ku naka

Among everything that changes from day to day,

足踏みしている自分がいた

ashifumi shite iru jibun ga ita

there I was standing still.
