伝えたいことが多すぎて

There are too many things I want to say

and they're too important to say them casually.

行き場もないから飲みこんで

yukiba mo nai kara nomikonde

They have nowhere to go, so I swallow them,

コトバはため息に

those words, into a sigh.

白くにじんで　空に消えて　キミも居なくて

They blur to white and vanish into the sky, and you're not here either.
