Lying that I prefer the solitude,

ここへ逃げてきた

koko e nigete kita

I've fled here.

(闇に溶けた　黒い毛並み)

(yami ni toketa kuroi kenami)

(Black fur dissolving into the dark)

(月明かりで　銀に染まる)

(tsukiakari de gin ni somaru)

(gleams silver in the moonlight.)

Ah how come the tears I've held back fail to stop?

あの月見上げ　なぜか笑う

ano tsuki miage nazeka warau

Note I look up at the moon, and for some reason there's a smile.

Whether the speaker or the moon is the one smiling is open to interpretation.

ほんとは　みんなと居たい

honto wa minna to itai

Truth is, I want to be with the others.

These hands are not for wounding with their claws,

凍えてる身体からだを包むためだよ

kogoete'ru karada o tsutsumu tame da yo

Note they're for wrapping someone shivering in the cold.

Whether the one in the cold is the speaker themselves or someone else is open to interpretation.
