Tomerarenai tokei no hari o mite ita

I looked at the unstoppable hand of the clock

遠い朝を待つように

tōi asa o matsu yō ni

as if waiting for a distant morning.

手放せない　果てない想い

Tebanasenai hatenai omoi

The limitless feelings that I can't let go of

夜に漂い巡っていた

yoru ni tadayoi megutte ita

were wandering around in the night.

たった一度の時は繰り返し流れて

Tatta ichido no toki wa kurikaeshi nagarete

A once-ever moment comes again and passes,

忘れてしまう代わりに紡いだ音の波を

wasurete shimau kawari ni tsumuida oto no nami o

and, instead of forgetting the waves of woven sound,

変わりゆく街にかき消されないように

kawariyuku machi ni kakikesarenai yō ni

so they won't be drowned out by the changing town,

いつかそれが　どこかに　誰かに　届くように

itsuka sore ga dokoka ni dareka ni todoku yō ni

so that someday, somewhere, it will reach someone:

I shouted out a fragile dream

壊れそうな夢を

kowaresō na yume o

with a hoarse, changing voice.

Tatta hitori no kimi wa kurikaeshi utsumuite

The one and only you came again and hung your head

他の誰かの代わりになろうともがいていた

and struggled with trying to replace someone else.
