In this brief, transient world

流離さすらうように　彷徨さまうように　

sasurau yō ni samayou yō ni

and as if roaming, as if wandering,

ふたり　連れ添ってきた

futari tsuresotte kita

we became a couple.

蒼き魂たまが　幽かすかに揺れる

aoki tama ga kasuka ni yureru

My young soul lightly sways

私の心　くすぐる様に

watashi no kokoro kusuguru yō ni

so as to tickle my heart.

取り残された　一片ひとひらの愛

torinokosareta hitohira no ai

The flake of love left behind,

それは　玉響たまゆら

sore wa tamayura

that was a fleeting shaking of the soul.

命ハ廻リ　イツカ　アナタハ蘇ヨミガエル

inochi wa meguri itsuka anata wa kaeri

In the cycle of life, you will be reborn someday;

ソレヲ待ツ間二　サレド　私モ還ル

sore o matsu ma ni saredo watashi mo kaeru

in the time I wait for it, I too will depart.

あの空蝉うつせみの夜の間に　

ano utsusemi no yo no ma ni

On that night of this world

あなたは私を抱いた

anata wa watashi o daita

you embraced me

前触れもなく　疑いもなく

maebure mo naku utagai mo naku

without notice, without doubt,

If I let be consumed this heart of mine

この心を焦がせば

kono kokoro o kogaseba

that is like a hazy moon floating in the sky,

刹那の悲しみ　すべて焼き尽くす

setsuna no kanashimi subete yakitsukusu

I will burn up all this momentary sorrow.

闇よ　震いあがれ

yami yo furui agare

Tremble and rise, O darkness.

この定めを　受け入れてゆこう　

kono sadame o ukeirete yukō

I shall accept this fate

流した涙　忘れぬ為に

nagashita namida wasurenu tame ni

so that I do not forget the tears I shed.

失い難き　記憶の行方

ushinaigataki kioku no yukue

The whereabouts of memories difficult to forget

螺旋を描き　この宇宙へと　･･･ゆけ

rasen o egaki kono uchū e to …yuke

draw a spiral and into this cosmos … go!

蒼き魂たまが　幽かすかに揺れる

aoki tama ga kasuka ni yureru
